MINUTES

Representative Dean, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:41 PM on May 22, 2011, in Room 118 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Brynaert moved that the minutes from the May 21, 2011 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Dean moved the Supplemental Calendar for the Day for Sunday, May 22, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Dean moved that the House Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration waive deadlines for further action on SF1234. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Dean moved that SF1234 be sent to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee was recessed at 3:44 PM.

The Committee did not return from recess and stood adjourned at 12:00 midnight in accordance with House Rule 6.20.
