Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the third meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Kreisel moved that the minutes of January 13, 2011, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Staff from the Department of Public Safety (DPS) gave an overview of the agencies and answered questions of the committee.
