A quorum was present and Representative Erickson, Chair of the Education Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on April 12, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

HF 682 (Kiel) Career and technical levy modified, and career and technical education credits provided.
Representative Kiel moved that HF682 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Education Reform Omnibus Bill. Representative Kiel moved the
H0682A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Kiel presented the bill and the committee heard testimony for the bill.
