MINUTES

Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. on February 1, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Peterson moved that the minutes of January 27, 2011 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF88 (Doepke) Student health personnel set-aside removed.

Representative Loon moved HF88 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee.
