MINUTES

Representative Westrom, Chair of the Civil Law Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 PM on Monday, March 21, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Scott moved that the minutes from Wednesday March 16, 2011 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 936 (Holberg) Abortions at or after 20 weeks gestational age prohibited unless exceptions apply, and civil and criminal penalties provided.

Chair Westrom reconvened the Civil Law Committee and called the meeting to order at 3:52 PM in the Basement Hearing Room.

Chair Westrom moved that HF 936 be recommended to pass and sent to the General Register.
