MINUTES
Representative Westrom, Chair of the Civil Law Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:38 PM on February 23, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 564 (Drazkowski) Ambulance services; nongovernmental licensees liability limited.
Representative Drazkowski moved that HF 564 be recommended to pass and re-referred to Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.
Chair Westrom moved
H0564DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
The committee heard testimony on HF 564, as amended:

Chair Westrom moved that HF 564 be laid over.
Representative Hortman moved to approve the minutes from February 16, 2001. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
Representative Hortman moved to amend the minutes from February 21, 2011 as follows:
"Representative Wardlow renewed his motion that HF396 be recommended to pass and sent to the General Register" to appear after "A quorum was present."
Representative Hortman moved to approve the minutes from February 21, 2011, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:06 p.m.
