Representative Howes, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:41 PM on February 28, 2012, in Room10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Carlson moved to approve the minutes from February 22, 2012 as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard testimony on the Transportation Bonding request.
