Representative Howes, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:32 PM on February 14, 2012, in Room10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Scalze moved to amend the minutes from February 8, 2012 by: Delete Representative Jeffrey Hayden from the committee and Representative Scalze from being absent to present. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard testimony on MMB Debt Service and Capacity overview
