MINUTES
Representative Hamilton, Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:27 a.m. on May 3, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
At 10:32, a quorum was present. Representative LeMieur moved to approve the minutes of April 28, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Hamilton introduced HF 1611 to bring it before the committee.

Chair Hamilton announced that the review of HF 1611 would continue at the next meeting on May 4, 2011.
