MINUTES
Representative Paul Anderson , Vice Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. on March 3, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
A quorum was not present.

A quorum was present at 10:23 a.m. Representative Kath moved that the minutes of March 1, 2011 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Bruce Anderson moved HF 548 before the committee for testimony.
Representative Bruce Anderson moved that HF548 be passed and laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
