MINUTES
Representative Hamilton, Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:19 a.m. on February 23, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present. Representative Ward moved that the minutes of February 22, 2011 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice -Chair Paul Anderson assumed the gavel at 11:20 a.m. Chair Hamilton assumed the gavel at 11:25 a.m.
The next meeting will be February 24, 2011.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:55 a.m.
