Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Local Government Division, called the tenth meeting to order at 1:05 P.M. on March 20, 2009, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

HF1238 (Dill): Refund provisions modified, definitions modified, publication requirements modified, restrictions in migratory feeding and resting areas modified, local law exemptions provided, wild animal and fish taking, possession, and licensing requirements provided, and certain fees authorized.

Representative Sterner moved approval of HF1238 before the committee to pass and be re-referred to the State & Local Government Operations Reform, Technology & Elections Committee

Representative Sterner moved the H1238A8 amendment

The amendment was adopted
