Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:50 P.M. on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kelly moved that the minutes of February 17, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF120 (Hosch) Rural health cooperative arrangement oversight established, and money appropriated

Representative Thissen moved that HF120 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Commerce and Labor.

Representative Thissen moved the A09-0028 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Thissen moved that HF292 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Civil Justice.

Representative Thissen moved the H0292A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
