Representative David Dill, Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:49 PM, on March 30, 2009, in the Basement of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Dill renewed the motion that HF 696, as amended, be recommended to pass to the Committee on Environment Policy and Oversight. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Falk moved that the minutes from March 23, 2009 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
