MINUTES


Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:38 PM, on February 9, 2010, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Persell moved that the minutes from April 7, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Gardner moved that HF 1217 be passed and referred to the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee.


HF 1217- Gardner
Product stewardship program required to be operated by drug producers to collect and dispose of unwanted drugs, civil penalties provided, and account created.

Representative Gardener moved the H1217DE6 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
