MINUTES


Representative Joe Atkins, Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. on March 3, 2009, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Knuth moved that the minutes of February 24th, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF403 (Gardner) Yard waste containers required to be compostable, and biodegradable standard for certain plastics established.

Representative Davnie moved that the Committee Report on HF403 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Davnie moved HF403.

Representative Atkins moved the H0403A4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
