Representative John Lesch, Chair of the Crime Victims & Criminal Records Division, started the twelfth meeting at 8:42 am on Friday, March 19, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Agenda/ Action:

HF2845 (Downey): Judges authorized to prohibit juvenile sex offenders from residing hear their victims.

Rep. Downey presented HF2845 and took questions from the committee.

Jeff Diebel, non-partisan House Research, walked through HF2845 and took questions from the committee.

Nancy Haas, Minnesota County Attorneys, testified on HF2845.

There being no quorum, the minutes from the eleventh meeting were not adopted.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 am.
