MINUTES
Representative Otremba, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:50 P.M. on, February 17, 2010, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Morrow moved approval of the minutes from February 15, 2010.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
The Minnesota Department of Agriculture gave a presentation on the regulatory process. Heidi Kassenborg, Division Director, and David Read, Program Director with the Inspection Division, Minnesota Department of Agriculture played a video on dairy and food inspection regulatory enforcement process.
Greg Buzicky, Director of PFMD, Greg Cremers, Agriculture Chemical Investigator and Paul Liemandt, Assistant Director of PFMD with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture presented an overview on Compliance Information System (CIS) to the committee They took and answered questions.
The meeting adjourned at 4:10 PM.
