MINUTES
Representative Winkler, Vice-Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:56 P.M. on March 9, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
Helen Roberts, House Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview of the general fund change recommendations in the Governor’s 2010 Supplemental Budget for the House State Government Finance Division as it pertains to HF 3449 (Kahn) the Omnibus State Government Finance bill.
A quorum was present at 2:58 P.M.
Chair Kahn assumed the gavel at 3:00 P.M.
Chair Kahn discussed some ideas for possible amendments that may be offered for inclusion in the State Government Finance Omnibus bill.
Mike Muilenburg, Legislative Director, Office of Enterprise Technology, responded to member questions.
Greg Tschida, CIO Office, Department of Revenue, responded to member questions.
Raymond Krause, Chief Administrative Law Judge and Eric Lipman, Judge, both from the Office of Administrative Hearings, responded to member questions.
Greg Hubinger, Director, Legislative Coordinating Commission, responded to member questions.
Lead Republican Peppin discussed some ideas for possible amendments that may be offered for inclusion in the State Government Finance Omnibus bill.
Representative Kalin moved that the minutes of March 4, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:07 P.M.
