MINUTES
Representative Winkler, Vice-Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:51 P.M. on March 4, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
Dan Salomone, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Revenue, reported on expanded tax compliance initiatives.
A quorum was present at 2:56 P.M.
Representative Kath moved that the minutes of February 25, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Deputy Commissioner Salomone, along with Dan Ostdiek, Greg Tschida and Terri Steenblock, all from the Department of Revenue, continued the presentation on the Departments’ report on expanded tax compliance initiatives.
Ward Einess, Commissioner of the Department of Revenue, responded to member questions.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:23 P.M.
