MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. on March 3, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
Commissioner Dana Badgerow, Director Dave Fielding and Director Wayne Waslaski all from the Department of Administration, gave an update on the preservation and restoration of the State Capitol.
A quorum was present at 2:55 P.M.
Representative Kath moved that the minutes of February 26, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:40 P.M. in order for committee members to take a tour of deteriorating areas in the capitol building.
