MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:52 P.M. on January 27, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kath moved that the minutes of January 22, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Laura King, Vice Chancellor, and John Asmussen, Executive Director of Internal Auditing, both from Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU), explained the internal controls and the function of the Office of Internal Auditing at MnSCU.
Chris Buse, Chief Information Security Officer, Office of Enterprise Technology (OET), explained OET’s experience with security governance.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:21 P.M.
