Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 2:05 P.M. on January 20, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Terry Kuhlman, Senior Executive Officer, Public Facilities Authority, and Jeff Freeman, Senior Program Manager, Public Facilities Authority provided an overview of the Public Facilities Authority agency requests.

H.F. 2412 (Hansen) Metropolitan sewer system inflow and infiltration funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Hansen, Laura Nichols, West Saint Paul, Matt Saam, City Engineer, City of West Saint Paul, and Patricia Nauman, Executive Director, Association of Metropolitan Municipalities, testified.

H.F. XXXX (Kalin) Appropriating money for water and sewer systems improvements in the city of North Branch, authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds.
