Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on March 3, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
Peggy Adelman, Chief Financial Officer, Minnesota Zoo, presented the Minnesota Zoo’s response to the Governor’s Supplemental Budget Recommendations.
A quorum was present at 8:35A.M.
Sue Gens, Executive Director, Minnesota Arts Board, presented the Minnesota Arts Board’s response to the Governor’s Supplemental Budget Recommendations.
Nina Archabal, Director, Minnesota Historical Society, Andrea Kajer, Deputy Director, Minnesota Historical Society, and Michael Fox, Deputy Director, Minnesota Historical Society, presented the Minnesota Historical Society’s response to the Governor’s Supplemental Budget Recommendations.
Annamarie Hill, Executive Director, Indian Affairs Council, and JoLynn Shopteese, Legislative Director, Indian Affairs Council, presented the Indian Affairs Council’s response to the Governor’s Supplemental Budget Recommendations.
Representative Loeffler moved the minutes of March 1, 2010 be adopted.
