MINUTES


Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 2:10 P.M. on April 21, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF 3512 (Hansen) A bill for an act relating to health; regulating indoor air quality for indoor ice arenas; establishing licensing fees; requiring reports and rulemaking; appropriating money.

Representative Morgan moved HF 3512 before the committee.

Representative Morgan moved H3512DE4 as an amendment to HF 3512.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hansen testified.

Public testimony on HF 3512, as amended, was provided by the following individuals:
Linda Brummer, Director, Environmental Health Division, Minnesota Department of Health
Joel Carlson, Lobbyist, Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission
Joel Anderson, Owner, Precision Quality Consulting

Representative Hayden testified.

HF3512 was laid over for further discussion in an upcoming hearing.

Representative Morgan moved the minutes from April 19, 2010 be adopted.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:47 P.M.
