MINUTES
Representative Will Morgan, Vice Chair, called the eleventh meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Lee Ehmke of Apple Valley, on behalf of the Minnesota Zoo, testified to the budget and functioning of the Minnesota Zoo
Mr. Ehmke answered questions from the committee
Peggy Adelmann of Apple Valley, on behalf of the Minnesota Zoo, answered questions from the committee
Representative Davids moved that the minutes of February 23, 2009 be adopted
THE MOTION PREVAILED
Eric Jolly of Saint Paul, on behalf of the Science Museum of Minnesota, testified to the budget and functioning of the Minnesota Zoo
Brenda Rainey of Saint Paul, on behalf of the Science Museum of Minnesota, testified to the maps and graphs brought by the Science Museum
Dr. Jolly answered questions from the committee
Ms. Rainey answered questions from the committee
Chair Murphy announced
