Representative Mary Murphy, Chair, called the first meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Murphy called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

A quorum was present at 4:32 p.m.

Chair Murphy gave an overview of committee structure and accounts under the committee’s jurisdiction

Chair Murphy invited members of the audience to introduce themselves and state their goals for the committee
