Representative Karen Clark, Chair, and Representative Jim Davnie, Chair, called the thirty-second/first joint meeting to order at 10:36 a.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2010 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hayden presented HF 2604 (Hayden), stay of mortgage foreclosure proceedings allowed under certain conditions, and tenants provided rights of foreclosed property.

Final discussion on the Committee’s bonding recommendations.
