MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the thirty-third meeting to order at 10:39 a.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Benson moved that HF 2799 (Benson) be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.
Representative Benson moved an oral amendment as follows:
Page 1, line 1.5 Delete, "$1,150,200"
Insert, "$500,000"
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Benson presented HF2799 (Benson).

Representative Benson renewed the motion that HF2799 (Benson) be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill. Hearing no objection, the bill was laid over.
Representative McNamara moved that the minutes of February 9th be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:39 a.m.
