Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the tenth meeting to order at 10:31 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The MN Housing Partnership presented on housing items in the final federal stimulus legislation.

Representative Hayden moved that the minutes of February 17, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:59 p.m.
