Chair Thomas Huntley began the forty-first meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Division at 10:10 a.m. on Monday, January 25, 2010, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Hilty gave a brief overview of the bill. Also testifying were:
