Chair Thomas Huntley began the forty-ninth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Division at 1:07 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Public testimony continues on the Governor’s DHS Supplemental Budget Recommendations:

At 1:19 p.m. a quorum was present and the Chair formally called the meeting to order. The clerk noted the roll:

Chair Huntley announced public testimony will continue and conclude Friday, March 5 at 9:00 a.m. (not at 6:30 p.m. on March 3 as previously planned); and the Division will meet for one-half hour on February 4 at 1:00 p.m.

The Chair adjourned the meeting at 2:30 p.m.
