HEALTH CARE AND HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE DIVISION

Vice Chair Jim Abeler began the fourth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Division at 1:05 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2009, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
Joel Alter, Program Evaluation Coordinator, Office of the Legislative Auditor, presented an overview of their Personal Care Assistance Report.
At 1:11 p.m. and during Mr. Alter’s testimony, a quorum was present and Vice-chair Abeler formally called the meeting to order.
Representative Huntley moved approval of the January 28, 2009, minutes. The motion prevailed.
