HF2600 (Mullery) Licensing and regulation provided for an individual engaged in the business of a mortgage loan originator or the mortgage loan business.

The chair moved that HF2600 be recommended to pass and returned to the committee on Finance.

Rep. Mullery explained the bill.

The chair moved the H2600A9 amendment.

Ron Soderberg, House Fiscal Analyst, explained an oral amendment to the A9 amendment.

Line 1.2, strike "$75" and insert "$90"

Line 1.8, strike "$132,00" and insert "$138,000"

Rep. Mullery incorporated the oral amendment.

The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
