Representative Bev Scalze, Vice Chair of the Capital Investment Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 3:14 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Omnibus Capital Investment Finance bill presentation:

HF 855 (Hausman) University of Minnesota and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities asset preservation funding provided, bonds issued and money appropriated.

Rep. Hausman moved that HF 855 be recommended to pass.

Rep. Hausman moved to amend HF 855 with the A09-0294 Delete Everything Amendment (see attached). MOTION PREVAILED

Rep. Murphy moved approval of minutes from the meeting of March 19th 2009. MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:48 p.m.
