Representative Juhnke, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:38 AM, March 17, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Anderson moved that the minutes of March 11, 2009 be amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES APPROVED.
Rep. Doty moved that HF309 (Olin) be heard and laid over for future consideration.
Rep. Doty moved the
H0309DE1 amendment (attached). THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Rep. Olin and Joe Wilebski presented HF309, as amended.
Rep. Doty renewed the motion that HF309 be laid over for future consideration.
