HF2341 (Davnie) Tax Credit advance loan program provided.
Representative Davnie testified in favor of the bill.
Representative Davnie moves that HF2341 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.
Representative Davnie, moves that the author’s delete everything amendment labeled
A09-0584 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
