Representative Davnie moved HF2341 for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Public Finance Bill.
HF2341-Davnie-Tax credit advance loan program provided.
Representative Davnie moved amendment

Representative Ruud moved the minutes from April 17, 2009; April 18, 2009; April 20, 2009; April 21, 2009. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
Representative Davnie renewed his motion that HF2341 be laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Public Finance Bill.
