Representative Sertich, Chair of Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. Monday August 17, 2009 in Room 400N of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Seifert moved the minutes from the Monday May 18, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the 2009-P1 Policy on Donated Vacation Time be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Kelly Knight, Minnesota House of Representatives Director of Human Resources, testified on the topic.
Representatives Juhnke and Howes moved the 2009-R3d Resolution on Expense Reimbursement be adopted.
Representative Dill moved to amend the 2009-R3d resolution by removing the word local on Page 1 Line 12. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED AND INCORPORATED INTO THE RESOLUTION.
Representatives Juhnke and Howes renewed their motion that the 2000-R3d Resolution be adopted as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the Proposed House Committee and Minority Caucus Budgets 2009-2010 (amended August 17, 2009) be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:08 a.m.
