Representative Sertich, Chair of Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 9:34 a.m. Friday May 8, 2009 in Room 118 Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Seifert moved the minutes from the Thursday May 7, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the Proposed Supplemental Calendar for the Day for Friday May 8, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the time parameters of 15 minutes for HF 348, 20 minutes for HF 1505, 20 minutes for HF 1237, 20 minutes for SF 1503, 20 minutes for SF 492, 1 hour for SF 99, 20 minutes for SF 1033, 20 minutes for HF 1849, 1 hour for SF 910, 20 minutes for HF 1853, 1 hour for SF 477, 15 minutes for SF 764, 20 minutes for HF 954, 20 minutes for SF 237, 20 minutes for HF 925, 20 minutes for HF 545, 15 minutes for HF 1213, 20 minutes for SF 1477, 2 hours for HF 885 the Omnibus Technical Tax Bill Conference Committee Report, and 2 hours for FH 1231 the Dedicated Funding Provided for Natural Resource and Cultural Heritage Omnibus Bill.
Representative Seifert moved to orally amend the time parameters to read 3 hours for HF 1231 the Dedicated Funding Provided for Natural Resource and Cultural Heritage Omnibus Bill. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Sertich renewed the time parameters motion with the oral amendment incorporated. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was recessed at 9:40 a.m.
