Representative Zellers moved that the minutes of April 13, 2010, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Hilstrom moved that time parameters for the Fiscal Calendar for Thursday, April 15, 2010, be set as follows: SF 1246 - 20 minutes, SF 2339 – 45 minutes, and SF 2690 – 30 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The meeting was recessed at 12:45 p.m.
