Representative Carlson, Chair of the Finance Committee and Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Ways and Means Committee called the meeting to order at 11:38 A.M. on Friday, February 29, 2008, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistants noted the roll.
