Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 11:00 A.M on December 3, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carlson moved to adopt the minutes of May 20, 2007 and November 9, 2007 as presented. THE MOTION PREVAILED
