Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on March 31, 2008 at 8:45 am, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Ozment moved to amend the minutes of March 25, 2008 and March 27, 2008 as follows: add Representative Ozment to the list of members present.

Representative Ozment moved to adopt the minutes of March 25, 2008 and March 27, 2008 as amended.

Representative Solberg moved to amend the Budget Resolution KN-RES02-1 as follows: see
KN-RES02A3.
