MINUTES


Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. on March 16, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Solberg called a recess to the call of the chair.

Representative Solberg called the meeting to order at 10:55AM.

Representative Clark moved to approve the minutes of March 9, 2007 as presented.
THE MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Solberg called a recess to the call of the chair.

Representative Solberg called the meeting to order at 11:10 AM.

Representative Lyndon Carlson assumed the position of Chair.

Representative Solberg moved adoption of the House Budget Resolution KN-RES01.

Representative Solberg explained the budget resolution to committee members.

Representative Sviggum moved to amend KN-RES01 as follows: See KN-RES01A1. A roll call was requested.

Representative Sviggum explained his amendment to the budget resolution to committee members.

Representative Dean moved to amend the Sviggum amendment as follows: See KN-RES01A2. A roll call was requested.
