MINUTES


Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 10:10 A.M. on March 9, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Solberg passed the gavel to Representative Holberg.

Representative Solberg moved House Concurrent Resolution #2 (Price of Government).

Representative Solberg moved to amend House Concurrent Resolution #2 as follows: See HCR0002A1.
THE MOTION PREVAILED THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Solberg renewed his motion that House Concurrent Resolution #2 pass as amended and be referred to the House Floor. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Solberg resumed the position of Chair.

Representative Sertich moved to adopt the minutes of February 27, 2007.

Representative Carlson moved to adopt the minutes of March 5, 2007.
THE MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Emmer addressed the committee regarding Budgets/Targets.

The Committee adjourned at 11:15 A.M.
