Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:06 A.M. on Monday March 28, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Troy Meinke, representative of Alliance Pipeline, testified in opposition to the bill. Gary Carlson, Director of Intergovernmental Relations, gave testimony about how the Division Report would affect their constituency group. Bob Fenwick, Cook County Commissioner and the President of the Association of Minnesota Counties, gave testimony about how the Division Report would affect their constituency group. Jack Horner, Lobbyist on behalf of Minnesota Multi-County Association, gave testimony about how the Division Report would affect their constituency group. Marty Schmidt, Crow Wing County Assessor, gave testimony about the division report.
