MINUTES


Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:20 A.M. on April 22, 2008 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kohls moved the minutes from April 16, 2008 and April 17, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Representative Hilstrom moved HF2237 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

HF2237-Nelson-Bloomington tax increment financing district improvements construction materials sales tax exemption provided, district duration extended and boundaries modified, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Hilstrom moved amendment H2237DE1 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
