Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:22 A.M. on April 29, 2008 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lenczewski moved a recess to the call of the chair.

The committee reconvened at 6:27 P.M.

Representative Atkins moved the minutes from April 25, 2008 and April 28, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Representative Lenczewski moved HF3149 be recommended to pass.

Representative Lenczewski moved amendment A08-1657 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Lenczewski moved amendment H3149A7 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Kohls moved to orally amend H3149A7 as follows: page two, delete lines 10-30, 33-35; delete page three; page four delete lines one and two. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL, THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Davnie moved amendment APD H3149A8 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Lesch moved amendment H3149A15 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Atkins moved to amend HF3149 by incorporating HF4022 as an amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Tillberry moved amendment H3149A9 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Davnie moved amendment H3149A8 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Kohls moved amendment H3149A13 (ATTACHED).

Representative Kohls moved to orally amend H3149A13 as follows: line 1.14, delete "2009 and"; line 1.15, delete "thereafter"; line 1.14 insert "2010" after the word "in"; line 2.21, delete "2009 and"; line 2.22, delete "thereafter"; line 2.21, insert "2010" after the word "in".

Representative Kohls requested a roll call on amendment H3149A13 as orally amended.
