Representative Emmer moved to orally amend HF 1043 as follows:
Page 1, line 1.18, delete “and"
Page 1, line 1.21, delete the period and insert “, and"
Page 1, after line 1.21, insert:
“(8) shall be required on any motor vehicle owned by the offender to purchase and display “sexual predator" license plates. The form is to be determined by the Department of Public Safety."
